PHILADELPHIA -

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office says it has charged a man accused of pulling a gun on a SEPTA bus driver earlier this month.

According to the DA's office, 20-year-old Walter Thompson faces Aggravated Assault, Violation of Firearms Act, Terroristic Threats and other charges.

Investigators say Thompson pulled a gun on the driver of the SEPTA #24 bus last week after the driver missed his stop. Police said Thompson threatened the driver and then jumped off the bus.

Thompson was taken into custody overnight, police said.
