Woman missing, car she was driving found on Detroit's east side

DETROIT (WJBK) -- Maudie Jordan's 23-year-old daughter, Tynesha Taylor, hasn't been seen since Saturday.  As far as her mother knows, she is the last one to have seen her.

"She left her about 11:15.  She said, 'Ma, I'll be back,' Jordan explained.  "That was Saturday night, and she told me she was going to go out downtown with a friend."

"We [were] cracking a lot of jokes before she left," she added.  "She wasn't mad at anybody."

Taylor never made it to her friend's house.

"Her boyfriend called me and told me she never came home, so when I got up, they called All Star," her mother said.

Police discovered the car Taylor was driving on Detroit's east side parked in between two abandoned houses.  The car appeared to be intact, but Taylor was nowhere to be found.

"If you do have her, just let her go, or if you know something, please just tell me something," said Jordan.

As you can imagine, every moment that Taylor is missing is torture for her family, so if you know anything about her whereabouts or what happened, call Detroit police.

    The New York City Department of Health has issued an alert after two babies were diagnosed with neonatal herpes this month after undergoing a ritual Jewish circumcision called metzitzah b'peh.  In this type of circumcision the mohel sucks blood directly from the infant's cut penis.  The infants need to be hospitalized and treated with intravenous acyclovir.

    A two-alarm fire broke out in a commercial building in New Jersey on Tuesday. The fire erupted on Bergen Boulevard and 12th Street in Palisades Park. SkyFoxHD was over the scene as heavy smoke poured out from the building. It is not clear what sparked the fire. No injuries were reported.
