Police: Man Sought In Germantown Indecent Assaults

Philadelphia police are searching for a man who they say is responsible for harassing five women within the same area in Germantown.

Police say the reports come from female victims between the ages of 14 and 23 in the area of Green Street and Chelten Avenue.

According to police, there were three reports of indecent assault, which included touching, and two reports of harassment, which included the suspect kissing one of the victims on the neck and touching the leg of another victim.

Police describe the man as being 20 to 40 years of age, standing 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing dark clothing, police said.
