Police have arrested a man who they say killed a man over a $15 debt earlier this month.
Phoenix Police Sgt. Steve Martos confirmed Friday that officers took suspect Jarvis Crush, 24, into custody.
He is suspected of killing 25-year-old Anthony DeMartini during an argument over a $15 debt. A female victim was seriously wounded in the shooting but will survive.
