Investigators work to find cause of Casa Grande homes fires

Posted: Updated:
CASA GRANDE, Ariz. -

Three homes near 2nd Avenue and Katherine Drive were damaged or destroyed by a fire that broke out early Friday morning.

One home was burned to the ground, another to its right was badly damaged inside and the other to its left has damage to the outside.

According to firefighters, the home burned to the ground was vacant.

Firefighters say they've responded to the neighborhood for arson before, but a home wasn't destroyed in the past. They're investigating the fire as a possible arson.

The Red Cross will help the displaced family find somewhere to stay.

Investigators say they'll use arson dogs to find out more about what caused the fire.

This is a developing story. Stay with FOX 10 News for updates.
