Sweet Lorraine's Spinach & Walnut Pesto

4 cups of slightly chopped fresh organic spinach leaves
1/2  cup of shredded parmesan,
1/2 cup of crushed toasted walnuts,
1/2  tsp chopped fresh garlic,
1/2 tbsp sea salt, course
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

Add all to the food processor and pulse a few times. Remove lid and scrape edges of food processor. Then, while pulsing, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of canola oil and 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
