SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- Dangerously cold weather has arrived in southeast Michigan and forecasters say it will stick around for most of the week.
Weather Authority Alan Longstreet says we'll wake up to temps in the teens Monday morning with light scattered snow showers. Temperatures will top out at 20 degrees this afternoon and dip into single digits overnight. Look for lows to be around 5 degrees with mostly cloudy skies.
When you factor in wind speeds at around 10-20 mph, Longstreet says wind chills temps will feel like -10.
There won't be much relief on Tuesday as highs reach 14 degrees and then dip down into the single digits once again overnight.
