Arizona average gasoline prices rise this week

PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona motorists are paying more at the pump this week.

Officials with AAA Arizona said Thursday that the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $3.08 a gallon. That's nearly 4 cents higher than last week.

This week's national average is $3.29 per gallon, down by almost 2 cents from last week.

Tucson has the lowest average gasoline price in Arizona at $2.91 a gallon while Flagstaff has the highest at $3.26.

Utah has the lowest average gas prices in the continental U.S. at $2.83 a gallon with New York having the highest at $3.73 a gallon.
