2 Arrested for $100,000 Worth of Marijuana

Authorities announced today that two men are in custody for trying to sell 20 pounds of high grade marijuana.

The suspects, Eric Boehm, 47 of Goshen, NY and Anthony DeRosa, 39 of Wilkes Barre, PA were busted by undercover officers at the parking lot at Franklin Mills Mall in Northeast Philadelphia late Thursday night.

Both men drove from Wilkes Barre in a minivan with the marijuana concealed in a suitcase, covered with tools and painters tarps. The street value of the drugs is approximately 100 thousand dollars.

Both defendants are currently held on 200 thousand dollars bail.
