MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. (WJBK) -- Fire destroyed several units at a Madison Heights condominium complex late Tuesday.

Cameras rolled as flames tore through the 1585 building at The Heights complex along 13 Mile Road just east of Dequindre.

Officials say all residents were able to safely escape their homes.

It's believed the fire started in a chimney. There are no reports of any injuries.
