PD: Suspect pushed victim out of car during theft

PHOENIX -

Police are looking for a suspect accused of pushing a woman out of her vehicle and driving off with it.

Authorities say the suspect showed up for a labor service and was taken to a job site near 20th Street and University Wednesday morning.  That's when he allegedly assaulted the victim and pushed her out of her car.

The victim suffered a head injury.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, 6 feet tall, wearing a black bomber-style leather jacket and sweat pants.

The victim's vehicle is described as a gray, 2008 Toyota 4 Runner with a cracked front bumper. The license plate is from New York: EFY6201.
