Police are asking for the public's help to find a suspect accused of cashing stolen checks.
On November 5, police say the victim's outgoing mail, which contained the checks, was stolen from a residential mailbox.
The following day, a female suspect was seen cashing one of the stolen checks at a Wells Fargo Bank near Chaparral and Hayden Roads.
Authorities say the check had been altered prior to being cashed.
