Kenny Taylor allegedly broke into a city building near Main and Center streets.

Officers say they saw Taylor leave the business and flee on a bicycle. An officer was able to cut him off and take him into custody.

Investigators found windows broken in two suites and items had been moved in one.

Taylor refused to answer any questions about the break in.

He was booked and faces burglary charges.
