Jurors In Federal Mob Trial Asked About Alleged Mob Shooting

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Jurors in the federal mob trial in Philadelphia were questioned about last week's alleged mob shooting in South Philadelphia.

A judge asked jurors about the shooting that killed 50-year-old Gino DiPietro.

Jurors are currently hearing testimony in the federal racketeering case against seven alleged Philadelphia mobsters and DiPietro's name had come up in court testimony.

After feeling assured last week's killing wouldn't impact the current case, the trial resumed and no jurors were dismissed.
