PHILADELPHIA -

Even as a suspect pretended to have a gun in his pocket, the employee of a Burger King restaurant in Philadelphia still refused to give him any money.

Police are now searching for the man captured on surveillance cameras walking into the Burger King on the 100 block of East Olney Avenue last week carrying a small bag.

According to police, the man approached the counter with his hand in his pocket to simulate a gun and demanded money.

After the employee refused, police say the man left the restaurant.

The suspect is described as a black man, 5'11" to 6'0" tall and between the ages of 25-30. He was last seen wearing a yellow and dark colored horizontal striped hooded sweatshirt with a dark ski cap and blue jeans.

If you have any information, you're asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS (8477). You can also text a tip to police by dialing 773847.
