Robert Strang, of Investigative management group, spoke with Good Day NY on Monday about ways to improve school security following the shooting deaths of 20 school children and six staff members in Newtown, Ct.
"Put a seemless program in place: gates, perimeters, something like a gated community. You go in further there is another gate. It doesn't have to be a wall or a fortress but there is technology that can make it very safe,' said Strang.
