Lillian Bittman, former chairperson of the Newtown School board, spoke with Good Day NY on Monday about the state of the town in the wake of the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
"This touches every single soul in Newtown. I would be surprised if there was one person who was not connected in some way to Sandy Hook. Their deaths have to mean something. We have to lead with love. We need to say this is not going to happen again," said Bittman.
