A 22-year-old woman was killed when she was struck by a vehicle on the Long Island Expressway Saturday night.
Jordan Savvides of Jericho, NY, was walking along the LIE near the Little Neck Parkway when she was struck by a vehicle operated traveling eastbound, according to police.
Officers found Savvides around 11:55 p.m. on the LIE with severe trauma to her body. EMS arrived to the location and pronounced her dead at the scene.
