PAYSON, Ariz. -

Three people aboard a helicopter that crashed into Roosevelt Lake on Friday have been identified.

Deputies say 62-year-old pilot Fred Cleeves was flying with 64-year-old George Riedel and 49-year-old Julie Barba when their helicopter went down.

The Gila County Sheriff's office say they were last told that the three people are in stable condition.

The helicopter is still under about 60 feet of water. Deputies say it should be removed on Tuesday.

GSCO found out the helicopter was leased by Sky Blue Helicopters out of Scottsdale.

New Yorkers that have visited City Island in the summer know it gets really busy, especially on Memorial Day weekend. Saturday, it was pretty much a ghost town thanks to the cold, rainy weather.
