Authorities have released the photo of the nurse from Kate Middleton's hospital who took her own life.

Scotland Yard released a picture of Jacintha Saldanha, the nurse from King Edward VII's Hospital who took a prank call from Australian radio DJ's last week.

Saldanha's family is asking for privacy during this tragic ordeal.

An autopsy will be conducted next week.

The two disc jockeys, Mel Grieg and Michael Christian of 2DayFM radio, pretended to be the Queen of England requesting to speak to Middleton while she was at the hospital for acute morning sickness.

The two DJ's have removed themselves from the airwaves.

2DayFM radio station released a statement saying the DJ's did nothing wrong.
