Thieves hit the Gold Coast Jimmy Choo, grab `large amount` of merchandise

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Police search for three men in connection with a major theft from the Jimmy Choo store in the city's Gold Coast neighborhood overnight.
Police said thieves forced open the front door and stole a "large amount" of items from a high-end boutique on Oak Street sometime after 1:50 Thursday morning.
Police said they did not immediately know the dollar amount of merchandise taken from the store, which specializes in accessories for women and men.
Handbags at the store are worth upwards of $15,000. Shoes have price tags up to $3,000.
No one is in custody. Area Central detectives are investigating.
