TOLLESON, Ariz. -

Silent Witness is offering an $1,000 reward for information about a man who tried to take a picture under a woman's dress at a store in October.

Police say a man followed a woman around a Target store near Lower Buckeye Road and 99th Avenue on Oct. 17. He allegedly held his phone under her dress, trying to take a picture.

The manager at the store was told about the man and confronted him. The man denied the manager's accusations and was escorted out of the store carrying a bright and silver yellow motorcycle helmet, police say.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20 to 39-years-old, 5'8"- 5'9", medium build and has tattoos on both forearms. He was driving a bright yellow motorcycle.

Silent Witness is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect.
