PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police say the man in a dramatic high speed chase Monday was wanted for multiple burglaries across Philadelphia and Montgomery County.

According to police, Derrick Carter was taken into custody after the Monday afternoon police chase, which unfolded live on FOX 29.

Carter faces burglary and other theft charges in Montgomery County and new charges in Philadelphia.
