SAN TAN VALLEY, Ariz. -
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office has released a name and photo of a man who they believe is responsible for the death of a San Tan Valley woman Sunday night.
She was found dead inside her home after making a terrified call to her adult daughter.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Corey Deandre Allen, 28, of Phoenix, should call 911 immediately. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Sunday afternoon, PCSO received a 911 call about a man threatening a woman with a handgun. The caller, the victim's 25-year-old daughter, said a male acquaintance called her and said he was at her home threatening her mother.
Deputies arrived a few minutes later at the home, along with the daughter. They made entry into the home and saw Linda Pirelli-Brown had been shot multiple times. She was rushed to the hospital, but did not survive.
We've heard that the man was threatening Pirelli-Brown because her daughter owed him a drug debt, although that has not yet been confirmed by PCSO.
Pirelli-Brown's husband says his wife's daughter had been running with a bad crowd for years.
He says he's heartbroken he never got a chance to say goodbye to his wife.
"When I got to the hospital they said she had passed, it was horrible I didn't get to see her, it was very horrible," says James Brown.
His daughters, just 8 and 12 years old, have been asking a lot of questions about their mom.
"What we're gonna do, where we're gonna go, when's Mom coming home. It's been tough."
Brown says he and Linda worked hard to buy the San Tan Valley home. He's crushed that what was once a dream house now holds so many painful memories.
Funeral arrangements are still pending.
Allen is described at 5'5" tall, 105 pounds, black hair (braided), and
black eyes. He may be driving a red 1999 Oldsmobile 4 door car, Arizona
License AWK5059.
