Police seek man suspected in shooting death

Phoenix Police are looking for a man who they believe shot and killed a 20-year-old man on Sunday night.

The suspect is Samuel Ramon Valenzuela, 18. He is still outstanding.

Officers responded to the area of 7100 block of West Mulberry about 7:30 p.m. Sunday on reports of a shooting. The victim, 20-year-old George Nunez, had been shot and died at a hospital Sunday evening.

The circumstances and motive behind the shooting are not yet known. Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately.
