PHILADELPHIA -

Black Friday at the big box retailers not enough to feed your shopping fix? You're in luck! Small Business Saturday is here.

Local mom and pop shops around the Delaware Valley are offering promotions and discounts of their own, trying to lure all of you holiday shoppers.

American Express is even offering $25 rebates at participating stores to help get you in the spirit.

Small Business Saturday has been around for three years now. More than 100 million people participated last year.

Don't forget Philly, when you go on that holiday gift-buying binge, city officials have waived Saturday parking meter fees from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the holiday season. The free parking covers only Saturdays through December.
