GRIFFIN, Ga. -

Griffin police say they're searching for a man who robbed a bank on Black Friday.  Officers say they got call just before noon reporting the robbery, which happened at the First National Bank located at 1103 Zebulon Road.

Witnesses told police a man wearing a dark-colored, ski-type mask came into the bank and demanded cash.

The suspect is described as a slender black man who first fled the scene on foot headed toward Airport Road, but may have left the area in a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser.

No one was hurt.  The suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Anyone with information in this case is asked to contact Griffin Police investigator Mike Morris at 770-229-6452, or simply call 911.
