Spirit Airlines is flying right into the Fox 5 Hall of Shame.

Some Hurricane Sandy victims say the low-cost airline charged them sky-high cancellation fees. So they turned to Arnold Diaz for help.

A Spirit spokesman said the airline is continuing to assist customers recovering from hurricane sandy. The canceled reservations need to be rebooked within 60 days, but the travel can take place anytime within the next 10 months.
