CAMDEN, N.J. -

Camden Police say they've arrested two people in connection to a kidnapping case where the suspects robbed a woman of her electronic food stamps card after forcing her to strip.

The incident happened Thursday morning when a 32-year-old woman was kidnapped, robbed and forced to strip after being picked up near the area of Broadway and Chestnut Street.

Camden Police say they have arrested Michael Winters and Maltida Marshall, who were captured on surveillance video trying to use the woman's EBT card at the ATM of a gas station.

Police say the two face kidnapping and robbery charges.
