A Sedona woman who was last seen on November 7th has been found dead near Huckaby Trail, off Schnebly Hill Road.
Saturday morning, the leader of a hiking group called the Coconino County Sheriff's Office to report a dead body.
Authorities responded to the scene and recovered the body, which was in an area of rough terrain.
The deceased woman was identified as 52-year-old Gwendolyn Munday of Sedona. Munday was reported missing on November 10 and was last seen November 7.
The initial investigation does not indicate foul play, but detectives are still investigating. The medical examiner's office is set to determine the cause of death.
