RADNOR TOWNSHIP -

FOX 29 has learned the victim in an alleged sex video scandal out of Radnor Township is a 16-year-old sophomore.

Radnor Police say the investigation started after a cafeteria brawl Wednesday at Radford High School over a girl's stolen cellphone.

"You wouldn't think it would happen in Radnor," one student told FOX 29's Chris O'Connell.

Radnor Police are now investigating whether a fellow classmate may have uploaded and shared a video of sexual acts with other students.

"There's pictures, there's videos, we have yet to determine how much information the smart phone contained," Lt. Christopher Flanagan said.

Although police have not viewed the material, sources tell FOX 29 police obtained search warrants for the cell phones and other electronic devices of the four or five students who were questioned by investigators.

The phones were sent to a specialist at the Delaware County Internet Crimes Task Force.

Police tell FOX 29 they are looking at the possibility of additional victims.

Depending on what they find, students could be facing charges, from simple theft to felony child pornography.

Students FOX 29 spoke with say the students allegedly involved were in school Thursday. They also stay students involved are very distraught to know the story has made headlines.

The school district isn't saying much and is citing privacy issues.

But students say it's another reminder that what you think may be private, could become very public with the push of a button.

It was a gloomy Sunday as the whole area remain socked in with low clouds & fog, drizzle and scattered showers.

The weather remains unsettled through most of the work week. The difference is that it will really warm up -- temperatures soar into the 80s by Tuesday.  That mild and humid air mass will fuel afternoon thunderstorms.

By Thursday a cold front moves by bringing more rain.  It will also bring drier and cooler weather by Friday as we finally clear out.
