Victim In Attempted Kidnapping Is Pharmaceutical Company Heir

RADNOR TWP. -

FOX 29 is learning more about the victim in an attempted kidnapping plot in Radnor Township that police say was allegedly orchestrated by a 76-year-old Florida man.

According to court documents, the victim of the November 7th alleged kidnapping plot is a prominent pharmaceutical company heir.

Investigators say John Felder drove to the Villanova man's house posing as a flower delivery man, tasered him and tried to kidnap him for ransom.

The victim escaped, however, when the taser probes detached.

Police say they arrested Felder after he failed to pay a parking ticket.

FOX 29's Omari Fleming is working to learn more about the victim and will have a report on the FOX 29 News at 6 p.m.
