Epic Drop In Prices For Sixers Tickets Online

PHILADELPHIA -

The Sixers are now 4-4 on the season after losing to the worst team in the league.

Jrue Holiday scored the first basket of the game Wednesday night, but it was all Detroit after that. The Pistons came into the Wells Fargo Center and blew out the 76rs by a score of 94-76.

If you paid full price for tickets last night you did not get your money's worth.

How about if you paid 10 cents for your ticket?

Tickets for Wednesday night's game were going for as cheap as a dime on StubHub.com hours before tipoff.

Yahoo! Sports took a closer look at the prices to Thursday night's game:

  • The average price of all tickets sold on StubHub in the 24 hours prior to the game was just $7.27.
  • 18 percent of all tickets sold to the game went for two dollars or less.
  • 43 percent of all tickets sold to the game sold for five dollars or less.
  • You could even get lower level seats for just $11 a ticket.

If you are looking to go to the Sixers game Saturday with the Utah Jazz, there are some great deals to be had. As of Thursday morning, on StubHub you could get tickets in the upper level for as cheap as $5.

And there were lower level seats listed this morning for as cheap as $12.

If you are willing to wait until Saturday, usually ticket prices will drop even more on the day of an event.
