"Christie comes out on top on this one. You can't be accused of communicating too much. I think Cuomo has been a little bit slower and has a problem with LIPA and berating them even though he is responsible for overseeing them," Zaino told GDNY.
"Christie wears his emotion on his sleeve. He's really empathetic. With Cuomo, he's not the kind of guy who's always in front of the camera," said Smikle.
