Stanford genetics professors says people are getting dumber, not smarter

A genetics professor at Stanford has confirmed what one Hollywood movie has already predicted.
Man is not getting smarter, but dumber.
The whole premise of the movie "Idiocracy" was that our current breeding patterns would lead to a less intelligent population.
Now genetics professor Gerald Crabtree says the movie is true.
He said if an average citizen from Ancient Greece appeared among us now, he or she would immediately become the smartest person alive.
The professor said the comforts of modern society now protect many individuals who would have been eliminated through natural selection in earlier times.
