PHOENIX -

A man robs a pharmacy and it may not be the first time he's held up a store.

On Tuesday morning, the suspect handed a note to a Walgreens employee and got away with two bottles of Xanax.

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, Xanax, also known as Alprazolam, is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders.

A gun was not shown during the robbery.

Police say the suspect is believed to be responsible for another robbery near Central and Southern Avenues.

He was last seen driving a dark 1980s model Chevrolet pickup truck.  Authorities have not provided a suspect description.
