The 13th Annual Veterans Day Lighted Parade stepped off Sunday evening to honor not just the veterans in Douglas County, but all across the country. Veterans, bands, JROTC units, and other members of the community joined the parade as residents lined the streets. The Douglas County parade boasts itself as being the only lighted Veterans Day Parade in country.
