Good Day Street focuses on the charitable efforts taking place in our communities to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Sheena Wright of the United Way of New York City provides ways in which people can help. Then, Jan Mittan and Dawn Cugglieto of St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children talk about how the storm has impacted families of disabled children.
Also, Karen Pearl of God's Love We Deliver talks about delivering meals to those affected. And, we hear from members of the Marine Corps who are helping Hurricane Victims in our area, and Karen Means of Goodwill talks about how they are helping our veterans who are giving back.
