Ingredients: 1 8 oz. Alaskan salmon 4 jumbo shrimp Organic Spring Mix 4 cucumbers diced 4 Sweet cherry baby tomatoes 1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese Cheese and Garlic Croutons 1 Hard boiled egg 1/2 cup of red onions diced 1/4 cup of Raspberry vinaigrette 1/4 cup of Ranch Seasoned salt,black pepper, roasted garlic and herb seasoning to taste Garlic butter
Method: Generously season salmon fillet and jumbo shrimp. Over medium heat, coat skillet with garlic butter. Pan sear salmon and shrimp for approximately four minutes on each side. When salmon develops brown crust on edges, use spatula to flip salmon filet over. Filet should have deep brown crust formed. Toss spring mix with cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, hard boiled egg, red onions, raspberry and ranch dressing. Let Salmon rest for 2 minutes, then place over salad bed.
