Customers say Carlos the Contractor doesn't finish the job

A Novi man appears to have a formula for success, the perfect customer base for his type of construction work, construction work that he starts, but doesn't finish.

I've spoken with some of his customers that are very nice people, maybe a little too nice.

Carlos is an unlicensed contractor.  You'd think that fact alone would make it hard for him to find business.  That is unless his customers didn't know the ropes of dealing with contractors.  For example, if his customers were from another country.

Click on the video player above to watch me target Carlos the Contractor and put him in an all-American home that needs plenty of fixing up.  It's called the Hall of Shame.
