Polling information for NY, NJ, CT

The President of the New York City Board of Elections says the City is ready for Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 6. In New Jersey, alternative options are available to ensure all eligible New Jerseyans can vote.

66 new polling sites are being set up to replace those deemed inoperable, said NYC Board of Elections President Maria Guastella.

Free shuttles will be provided by the Governor's office for voters in Coney Island, Brooklyn; Far Rockaway and the hardest-hit areas of Staten Island. Shuttle buses will run from 5:30 a.m. – 9:30  p.m. and every 15-30 minutes.

New Jersey residents whose communities were hard-hit by the storm can vote in-person and they can text a special number to find out if and where their usual polling location has been moved.

Residents can text WHERE to 877877 or log onto www.elections.nj.gov to find out where they can vote on Tuesday.
