WOODSTOCK, Ga. -

Halloween's over, and it's time to start planning those big holiday meals. If you're hosting, a true-blue southern spread may be the way to go.

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken is at Freight Kitchen and Tap in Woodstock, and is cooking with a woman who literally wrote the book on southern cuisine – Nathalie Dupree!

Dupree and co-author Cynthia Graubart have a new book out, Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking and they will be signing it on December 1 at Freight Kitchen and Tap.

Recipe: 2 ingredient biscuits!

Equal parts of self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream. Form shapes into pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 12 to 14 minutes depending on your oven!
