ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich. -- A bitter battle between neighbors on Timberidge Street in Saint Clair Shores started over a gigantic camper parked in Cindy Puddock's driveway.  Neighbors didn't like it and complained to the city.  Puddock didn't like that and decided to make them part of her morbid Halloween display.

"Just something that she would do," said Phil Rouleau.

"You don't do that if you want to get along with people in your neighborhood.  Why would you do something like that?" said Wadine Caramitros.

Puddock set up tombstones in her front yard.  One reads "R.I.P. nosey neighbors".  She even scrubbed up the grass to make it look like fresh graves.  There are initials on two other tombstones matching those of neighbors with whom she just happens to have the biggest issues -- Phil Rouleau and Wadine Caramitros.

"Should you put their names on tombstones?" I asked Puddock.

"Where are their names?" she responded.

"P. R.?" I pointed out.

"Okay, P. R.  Nobody has the (initials) P. R.  What about Paul Ryan?" she answered.

"I've had a lot of health issues, so, yeah, that bothers me that someone would put something like that down," Rouleau said.

"When I see my initials over there on a tombstone, and I have not done one thing to those people, nothing," said Caramitros.

At the same time there are handwritten notes Puddock posted in a window showing her admiration for Jesus.

"Can you believe that?  She wants to act like she's for Jesus, but then she does stuff like that," Caramitros remarked.

"That is directed to the snot across the street.... That's what that's about," Puddock told us.

"Is this taking it too far?" I asked.

"Absolutely not.  Taking it too far is what these people have done across the street and all around," she responded.

Puddock, who neighbors claim often spouts out threats and harasses her elderly neighbors, actually claims she is the victim who is just trying to go along to get along, and the graphic decor is just that, a decoration.

"Are these threats?" I questioned her.

"Absolutely not.  It's Halloween," she answered.
