Brooklyn dad accused of running brothel

It might look like any other walk-up, but NYPD detectives say a first floor apartment inside a nondescript building on East 50th Street was actually a brothel, DNAinfo.com reported.

Neighbors say they knew something was up...when they'd see men coming and going at all hours.

Cops busted William Thomas, the man they say was in charge of running this prostitution house, along with three others, throughout Manhattan.

Authorities say the women were Asian.

Cops said Thomas, a 42-year-old Brooklyn father of four, also ran several elaborate websites, including E4A Korea, to lure his johns. That site reminded customers "don't forget whipped cream week downtown."

Cops said the johns were of the white collar variety, but neighbors say the customers were more varied.

On the websites johns could choose from women dressed in "maid outfits" to "school girl" uniforms, DNAinfo.com reported.
