An elderly woman is filing a lawsuit against the Trader Joe's store on the Upper West Side of Manhattan over a falling tuna fish can.

Tatiana Strage, was shopping at the 72nd Street location last February when a can of tuna fell from a shelf hitting her in the nose.

The suit claims the woman bled and complained of pain and dizziness while two workers stood by and watched.

She claims the workers eventually handed her wipes and a bandage, according to her Manhattan Supreme Court suit.

Strange, 82, who is being represented by her son, an attorney, is seeking damages of $350K.

Gothamist reports Strage was a longtime customer of the grocery store chain.
