There is a childhood obesity epidemic in America. About 27 percent of kids 2-5 years old are obese.

Doctors recommend that kids under six get at least three hours of physical activity a day to prevent obesity.

A University of South Carolina researcher looked at three major worldwide studies on childhood obesity.

There was one clear theme: kids under the age of six should be getting up and moving three times a day.
