MYFOXNY.COM -

Someone made out like a bandit at the parking lot at the Timex Performance Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The vehicles of several New York Giants' players were broken into and one was reportedly stolen.

The robberies took place on Sunday while New York took on San Francisco in California.

The Giants beat San Francisco 23-3.

A security firm is paid to guard the lot. It is not clear what was stolen from the cars and to which players the cars belong to.

State Police Sgt. Brian Polite told a local TV station that thieves broke a lock on the gate and gained access to the lot sometime after 4 a.m.

Polite says the thieves stole a 1996 Chevy Caprice.

Officials haven't released the names of the players who were burglarized.

Offensive tackle James Brewer tweeted: "Only in Jersey can someone be heartless enough to break into my car while we are in Cali making fans proud."
