The eighth annual Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation gala is slated for Friday night at Cipriani 42nd Street in Manhattan.
Coughlin founded the organization in 1996 to honor Jay McGillis, a member of the Boston College football team who Coughlin once coached.
McGillis developed leukemia while on the team and later died.
Joining Coughlin at the fundraiser will be Giants quarterback Eli Manning and a long list of sports and entertainment celebrities.
Money raised benefits children with leukemia and other cancers by "providing emotional and financial support to help reduce the stress associated with treatment and improve their quality of life."
