Derek Jeter apartment sold for $15.5 million for 845 UN Plaza. He bought in 2001 for $12.72 million, put on market in 2010 for $20 million. In April, he lowered the price to $17.95 million. It finally sold for $15.5 million.
Carmello Anthony continues his hunt for a new place. He is looking at 421 West 54th Street. It's a 4-bed/3.5-bath, 3,800 square-foot interior and 1,100 square-foot exterior. The place he is renting is now on the market for sale at $5.75 million Tracey Morgan lived there before as well.
Devon Williams is looking in the Visionaire Downtown in Battery Park City. He looked at a $30,000 per month rental also on the market for $10 million.
