Green coffee bean extract had been a rather obscure item on the shelves of natural food stores, but now, some stores are finding it difficult to keep it in stock.

Studies have shown the extract may help you live longer. But ever since the extract was linked to burning fat, its grown significantly in popularity.

Jerome Hannah, general manager and buyer at Philadelphia's historic Penn Herb Company says green coffee bean extract is now the hottest natural remedy product he's seen in a long time.

Just how well the extract works is getting mixed reviews.
